Notice of Workshop Meeting of Supervisors of The Central Charlotte County Drainage District
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Meeting of Supervisors of The Central Charlotte County Drainage District will be held at the following date, time and place:
Date of Meeting: August 6, 2026
Time of Meeting: 2:00 p.m.
Place of Meeting: Charlotte County Public Works,7000 Florida Street, Punta Gorda, Florida 33950
The purpose of the meeting and matters which will be discussed, considered, and acted upon include the following:
1. A continuing service agreement with a civil engineer to evaluate drainage facilities and provide other services to the District.
2. Discussion and approval of pursuing a Resilient Florida Planning Grant through the Florida Department of Environmental Protection and authorization of President of District to
execute the grant application and resolution.
3. Plan for future meetings.
4. Discuss renewal of Lake Doctor’s Contract.
5. Such other business as may be brought before the Supervisors
